Exam Information:

Length: 2.5 hours in length
Format: 50 MC Questions + 1 Essay
Scoring: Each MC Question is 1 pt. each + 50 pts. for the essay

Essay:
  • Literature-based Argument response
  • 4-5 paragraphs in length - you will be limited to a FRONT & BACK of a sheet of notebook paper.
  • expected to integrate at least 1 direct quote from your chosen text per body paragraph


Materials you should bring to class:
  • #2 PENCIL for the MC section
  • Novels: Night, Fahrenheit 451, In the Time of the Butterflies, and Kite Runner (Based on the question, you will choose one of these texts to incorporate into your response...the question will be applicable to all of the works and it will be up to you to choose which text you would prefer to write about.)
